By purchasing or using Sky Puck products—including the Sky Hook and related accessories (collectively “Products”)—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction
 
These Terms govern your use of the Sky Puck system. By accessing or purchasing our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
 
 
2. Intended Use & Safety Guidelines
 
Sky Puck is designed exclusively for use with LED lighting fixtures that have compatible metal surfaces.
 
Do NOT use on:
 

  • Tungsten, incandescent, halogen, or any high-heat-emitting fixtures

  • Non-magnetic surfaces

  • Fixtures that cannot support additional weight

 
This product is 3D printed using PETG filament, which has a heat deflection rating of approximately 180°F (82°C). Exposure to higher temperatures may cause warping, melting, or structural failure.
 
Sky Pucks are tools—not toys—and should be used responsibly by professionals or individuals familiar with rigging and safe lighting practices. Keep out of reach of children.
 
 
3. Installation & Magnet Safety
 
The Sky Puck system uses strong neodymium magnets. Please handle with care.
 

  • Use caution to avoid pinched fingers or unintended attraction to nearby metal objects.

  • Do not use near:

     

    • Medical devices (e.g., pacemakers)

    • Credit cards or magnetic storage

    • Sensitive electronics

 
Mounting Guidelines:
 

  • Attach only to secure metal surfaces that can safely support the weight of your fixture.

  • Always double-check the stability before powering on.

  • Not intended for use on moving vehicles, ceilings under stress, or outdoor/wet environments.

 
 
4. Use at Your Own Risk
 
Sky Puck is not liable for any injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from improper use, installation, or environmental conditions.
 
These are professional tools. Like any grip gear, they require common sense and good rigging practices.
 
Users are responsible for confirming compatibility with their fixtures and for safe handling during use.
 
 
5. Payment, Shipping & Returns

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

 
Shipping:
 

  • Orders are processed promptly, but delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping providers or customs.

  • Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
